Homemade Noodle Soup Recipe

How to make homemade noodle recipe:

Who does not like homemade noodle soup recipe? At least in Mexico, is one of the broth-based soups preferred in all families. Precisely why some find it hard to believe that there is someone who can not do it, but I think they forget who one day to another, moving from family life to the single life, the students, newly married, or even teenagers who are just learning to cook, or those who did not teach them.

That's why I decided to share this homemade noodle recipe, as I prepare at home, explaining that everyone has their own version, adding or omitting a step. To me, well, I like how it looks, and I hope you enjoy it as I do.

Ingredients:

• 200 gr. of noodles

• 4 tomatoes large

• 1/4 onion

• 1 garlic

• 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon powder or 2 cubes

• 2 liters of boiling water

1 tablespoon oil

• Salt to taste

Preparation:

1. Put pan into the fire, and once hot flushes noodles in the pan no oil. Stir constantly to prevent burning. When you acquire a golden-brown tone, place the noodles in a bowl.

2. While browning the noodles, in a blender, process the tomatoes, onion, garlic and some salt with a cup of water.

3. Once browned the noodles and put out of the pan, put oil in it, wait for hot, using a colander, empty the tomato sauce. Be careful, because the hot oil tends to splatter on contact with the sauce.

4. Let the sauce is tomato season a few minutes, when you notice it starts to boil, and tomato to make an intense color, add the chicken broth and seasoning makes a couple of minutes.

5. Are you covered with the sauce bubbles, has a smooth texture and bright red? Perfect! Is the time to add the noodles, Mix a little and add the boiling water?

6. Cover pan, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Uncover, test if it is already cooked pasta and check salt. Leave two minutes and go!



TIPS: You can add a sprig of cilantro when the soup begins to boil to intensify the flavor, or you can add minutes before closing the fire, fresh spinach, washed and disinfected (kids will love) and also, if you like, a couple of livers chicken.

By the way! when I make the homemade noodle soup recipe so simple (no spinach or chicken livers), I like to accompany it with a few pieces of avocado, some cheese or even a bit of shredded chicken piece.
